Francois: Chef and Co-owner. Francois started his culinary career at age 15 while working a summer job. He quickly realized he enjoyed the hospitality industry and furthered his education with a two year cooking diploma from Cuisine d'etablisement Sherbrooke Quebec. He was recruited from the cooking school to work with Chef Michelle Lanot for 3 years at his Auberge les Boises de Lee Farm, a 4 star Relais Gourmand Bed and Breakfast in Standstead, Quebec.
Francois then headed out west and worked in various culinary hot spots including Banff Springs Hotel, Cafe Brio in Victoria, and Burrowing Owl Winery in Oliver, BC.

Erin: Chef and Co-owner. An easy bake oven enthusiast, her first restaurant was at age 5 when she collected quarters from neighbors when they came over for breakfast -although her father did all of the cooking and cleaning she still enjoyed spending the quarters on 5 cent candy.
Her culinary career includes a Culinary Diploma from Malaspina University-College in Nanaimo, Red Seal Certificate from SAIT while working at Banff Springs Hotel for 6 years. Dunsmuir Lodge in Victoria, Clayquot Wilderness Resort in Tofino, and Burrowing Owl Winery in Oliver, B.C. for 3 years.
